Have you ever thought you needed to earn God’s approval? That if only you did the right things, or worked hard enough, you’d be worthy of his love?
That’s pretty much the story of what brought me to this place of burnout and brokenness.
Today my testimony is being featured over at OhLordHelp.Us – a ministry to mentor women who feel broken and messy and find freedom in being who we are created to be. Approval: Looking to God for Our Acceptance and Worth
I had just wrapped up a conference for local ministry teams in our area, was managing a small staff team to oversee the kids ministry in our large and growing church, and in a season of solo parenting while my husband was working out of town.
